What is coaching? First things first – it’s not therapy. Coaching is a set of guided and curated conversations designed to help you realise your aims, set achievable goals and manage your expectations. Each coach has their own specialism and area of expertise; mine is Imposter Syndrome, Perfectionism and mediating self-doubt

What qualifies me? Aside from being educated at both graduate and post-graduate level in the arts, I hold PCert in adult education. I have an excellent grasp on the science of learning, impactful change and deciphering the nitty-gritty topics affecting 24-35 year old women in contemporary society. I have taught at both university level as a guest lecturer for Bangor University and for Coleg Menai.

I have contributed to 3 peer reviewed research papers on the subject of wellbeing that delve into how we get ourselves back to our best possible self, alongside collaborating with experts in the wellbeing field to deliver stellar workshops that are specifically designed to guide people back into a positive mindset.

If that’s not enough I have also been writing about this subject matter on this very website, check out the articles below if you still need a little convincing…

Why should you consider coaching?

Let’s get into it. Coaching is for those of us who are actively looking for ways to improve an aspect of their lives through proactively setting achievable goals. A coach will help you figure out your goals and hold you accountable when you do not push yourself to meet them. If you’re looking to better understand how in the hell you get out of your own way, “do the thing” or even set a goal to begin with then coaching could be the perfect fit for you.

If this is what you have been looking for, then let me know. Shoot me an email using the button below and I’ll be in touch to discuss how we create the best possible outcome for you.
